Who will oversee my video production?
Your dedicated account manager works closely with our creative and production lead to ensure your requirements are met as we script, film, edit, produce, and deliver your video assets.
What’s the process once we engage you?
Upon receiving your signed Service Level Agreement, we get to work! We allocate scripting, talent, and production time to your project, and our dedicated account manager will keep you across all expected deliverables.
What is the typical lead time including scripting, production, and delivery?
Depending on the complexity of the information provided, scripting can take 1 to 2 weeks. Production can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the type of visual content that is used. Post-production and editing can take up to a week. Updates of existing videos are provided within 72 hours of receiving scripts.
What is the typical fee range for annual production and maintenance?
